Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Legal Assistant to join our team at R. Flay Cabiness, II, PC. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our attorneys and assist with various tasks related to case management, client communication, and office operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist attorneys with case preparation, organization, and documentation
  • Communicate with clients, courts, and other stakeholders via phone, email, and in-person meetings
  • Manage high-volume case loads, prioritize tasks, and maintain accurate records
  • Input client information into our Best Case System and assist with data entry
  • Coordinate appointments, intakes, and court dates
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as scheduling, filing, and photocopying
  • Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to company policies
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Experience working in a law office or similar environment
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment
