LPN Medication Care Specialist

At Sunrise Senior Living, we are committed to providing the highest quality care and services to our residents. As an LPN Medication Care Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe and organized administration of medications and treatments.
Responsibilities:- Administer medications to residents in accordance with their individualized care plans
- Document medication administration accurately and thoroughly
- Provide resident care while demonstrating the Sunrise Senior Living mission to champion the quality of life for all seniors
- Promote the highest degree of quality care and services to our residents in accordance with Sunrise Senior Living policies
- L.P.N, LVN or state-specific licensed nurse credential
- In states where appropriate, must maintain certifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Previous experience working with seniors preferred and desire to serve and care for seniors
- Ability to make choices, decisions, and act in the resident's best interest
- Ability to react and remain calm in difficult situations
- Ability to handle multiple priorities
- Possess written and verbal skills for effective communication and level of understanding
- Demonstrates good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
