Infusion Therapies Specialist

Naven Health is a leading provider of specialized home infusion nursing services nationwide. We're seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Infusion Therapies Specialist to join our team and contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional patient care.
In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work with a talented multidisciplinary team to coordinate and deliver direct infusion care to patients in their homes or alternate treatment sites. You'll be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing individualized plans of care, and ensuring seamless continuity of care.
Salary Range: $39.98-$66.64 per hour, based on experience, education, and qualifications.
About the Role: As an Infusion Therapies Specialist, you'll be responsible for coordinating and delivering direct infusion care to patients in their homes or alternate treatment sites. You'll work closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless continuity of care and provide comprehensive support to patients and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized plans of care for patients, incorporating their unique needs and preferences.
- Coordinate with healthcare providers, patients, and caregivers to ensure timely and effective communication and care delivery.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, following nursing standards of practice and applying approved abbreviations and documentation practices.
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to identify areas for quality improvement and implement changes to enhance patient care.
