- Perform comprehensive evaluations to identify speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing impairments.
- Create tailored treatment strategies based on individual assessment findings.
- Deliver therapeutic services to patients across various care settings, including acute and critical care.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive patient care and establish holistic treatment objectives.
- Track patient advancements and modify treatment approaches as necessary.
- Provide education to patients and their families on effective communication and swallowing techniques.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments, progress, and treatment results.

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
- Current state licensure or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Experience in a hospital or acute care environment is advantageous.
- In-depth understanding of the anatomy and physiology related to speech and swallowing.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proven ability to function effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
