Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Neurodiagnostic Tech to join our team at Central Maine Medical Center. As a key member of our Neurology team, you will be responsible for performing EEGs, evoked potentials, and other diagnostic tests to help diagnose and treat neurological disorders.

Responsibilities
  • Perform EEGs and other diagnostic tests on adult and pediatric patients
  • Monitor and interpret EEG wave patterns to identify potential neurological issues
  • Document patient information and test results accurately and efficiently
  • Collaborate with neurologists and other healthcare professionals to develop treatment plans
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all regulatory requirements
Requirements
  • High School Graduate or equivalent
  • Minimum of two years' experience as an EEG technician
  • Current American Heart Association Healthcare Provider BLS Certification
  • Registered with the American Board of Neurodiagnostic Technologist (ABRET) or equivalent
