Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Pediatric Private Duty CNA to provide high-quality care to our clients in the Paris, TN area. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized care and support to clients in their homes, including assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Assist with household tasks and light housekeeping to ensure a safe and comfortable living environment.
  • Report observations and concerns to the Agency Director or accounts manager, and notify them immediately in the event of any incidents or accidents.
  • Drive safely and comply with traffic regulations when transporting clients.
Requirements
  • 6 months of experience in home care preferred.
  • Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to changing client needs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
