Clinical Pharmacy Specialist - Medical Support Role

Synchrony Health Services is hiring a highly skilled Clinical Pharmacy Specialist to support our medical team on a 2nd shift schedule with a 7on7off rotation. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing medications and providing critical information to healthcare teams, while monitoring patient drug therapies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized medication plans for patients
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure effective patient care
  • Conduct regular medication reviews and adjust therapy as needed
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this role is $85,000, plus a 5% wage differential for working the 2nd shift. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a generous retirement plan.

Requirements
  • PharmD or MS in pharmacy from an accredited institution
  • Licensure as a pharmacist in good standing
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
