Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Leasing Consultant to join our team at Grand Peaks Property. As the primary property sales representative, you will be responsible for greeting customers, offering refreshments, and selling property benefits. You will also be responsible for answering phone calls, responding to inquiries, and completing welcome cards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers, offer refreshments, and sell property benefits.
  • Phone and Inquiries: Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and complete welcome cards.
  • Leasing Functions: Collect required new lease paperwork, fees, and deposits.
  • Market Awareness: Be aware of local market trends and conditions, and update the Market Survey monthly.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate resident and leasing records.
  • Reporting: Complete daily, weekly, and monthly leasing and marketing reports.
  • Service Requests: Accept service requests, route to maintenance, and conduct service follow-up with residents.
  • Property Inspection: Inspect property, pick up litter, and report service needs to manager or maintenance.
