  • Perform cleaning duties in designated areas as instructed by management, adhering to the company's eco-friendly practices.
  • Change bed linens and prepare beds for guests.
  • Dust and sanitize all furniture, including picture frames, mirrors, windows, baseboards, and carpet edges.
  • Empty trash receptacles and replace liners as necessary; ensure cleanliness of tables and surrounding areas.
  • Thoroughly clean and vacuum under beds, desks, gaming tables, and behind nightstands.
  • Check and replenish all essential items in guest rooms, such as toiletries, hangers, and stationery.
  • Ensure all bathroom fixtures, including tubs, sinks, and toilets, are free from mold, mildew, and dust.
  • Sweep and mop bathroom floors to maintain hygiene.
  • Dust light fixtures, sconces, and lampshades.
  • Complete laundry tasks as assigned.
  • Report any quality control issues or maintenance needs to the Supervisor.
  • Stay vigilant regarding safety concerns and report them promptly to management.
Qualifications:
  • Partial High School education; a High School Diploma or G.E.D. is preferred.
  • Strong sanitation practices and a willingness to learn and adhere to safety protocols.
  • Excellent customer service skills; proactive in assisting guests and team members.
  • Able to identify problems and communicate them effectively to management.
Physical and Mental Requirements:
  • Ability to move about on foot to complete tasks, frequently transitioning between locations within the unit.
  • Regularly lift, carry, and push weights up to 35 lbs, with the ability to handle up to 50 lbs occasionally.
  • Capability to stand for extended periods and navigate stairs regularly.
  • Ability to work in varying temperature conditions, both indoors and outdoors.
  • Frequent exposure to wet and slippery surfaces, as well as hot and humid environments.
  • Regularly immerse hands in water for cleaning tasks.
  • Proficient in reading and writing work-related documents in English.
  • Clear verbal communication skills to interact with guests and coworkers in a fast-paced setting.
  • Physical presence at the job site is essential for fulfilling job responsibilities.
