The Operations Support team, established to enhance the global Civil supply chain, is focused on resolving critical challenges and minimizing risks through a specialized set of processes and techniques. In this role, you will:

Qualifications:

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • Associate degree with 8 years of relevant experience in supply chain, engineering, quality, or operations, OR
  • Bachelor's degree with 6 years of relevant experience, OR
  • Master's degree with 4 years of relevant experience, OR
  • JD/PhD with 2 years of relevant experience, OR
  • 10 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
  • U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency is required.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in operational/manufacturing roles, planning & control, program management, engineering, and SMT.
  • Familiarity with SAP.
  • Experience in Project/Program Management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
