Manage and guide production staff during shifts; engage in the recruitment and training of new team members while conducting performance evaluations and handling disciplinary actions.
Plan and schedule production activities, contributing to process enhancements.

Qualifications for the Production Supervisor:

Certifications in CPR, OSHA, or First Aid are advantageous but not mandatory.
Proficient computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office applications.
Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies.
Excellent communication and leadership skills in a diverse work environment.
This role involves working in a manufacturing and warehousing setting.
Job responsibilities may require occasional sitting, standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds, with the possibility of lifting heavier items with assistance. Tasks may include climbing stairs, using hands for handling equipment, and various physical movements.
