Hitchcock Square is seeking dedicated individuals to join our Resident Care Team as Personal Care Aides (PCAs) or Resident Care Team Members. Our team provides high-quality care and support to residents in a cutting-edge Assisted Living Community.
This is a Part-Time opportunity on 2nd Shift
Responsibilities- Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Prepare residents for meals and activities.
- Assist with dining room duties, including serving meals and clearing tables.
- Respond to resident emergency calls.
- Monitor and document resident care, reporting any changes to the Resident Care Coordinator.
- Communicate effectively with residents and family members.
- Maintain accurate resident care documentation.
- Transport residents as needed.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to obtain 80-hour PCA training certificate.
- Positive attitude, flexibility, and ability to work in a team environment.
- Excellent customer service skills and dedication to serving seniors.
- Previous experience working with seniors preferred.
- Ability to make sound judgments and decisions.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
