This is a Part-Time opportunity on 2nd Shift

Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
  • Prepare residents for meals and activities.
  • Assist with dining room duties, including serving meals and clearing tables.
  • Respond to resident emergency calls.
  • Monitor and document resident care, reporting any changes to the Resident Care Coordinator.
  • Communicate effectively with residents and family members.
  • Maintain accurate resident care documentation.
  • Transport residents as needed.
Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to obtain 80-hour PCA training certificate.
  • Positive attitude, flexibility, and ability to work in a team environment.
  • Excellent customer service skills and dedication to serving seniors.
  • Previous experience working with seniors preferred.
  • Ability to make sound judgments and decisions.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
