Position Summary: We are looking for a meticulous Procurement Planner and Buyer to oversee the ordering of ingredients aligned with our operational requirements. This role is essential in ensuring that raw materials are procured efficiently and in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Planning Department to optimize replenishment schedules supporting production needs.
- Conduct purchasing evaluations by commodity and vendor.
- Generate purchase orders and monitor delivery timelines ensuring quality standards are met.
- Understand and analyze global pricing factors relevant to your responsibilities.
- Maintain and develop vendor relationships while identifying potential new suppliers.
