Job Title: Direct Support Professional 2

About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Direct Support Professional 2 to support individuals with developmental disabilities to have quality of life. As a Direct Support Professional 2, you will promote the health, safety, and well-being of residents, serving as an advocate for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients with daily routines, including bathroom needs and meal preparation.
  • Provide transportation to and from home or facility, as needed.
  • Support clients with daily living activities, such as changing undergarments and clothing.
  • Develop and implement daily routines, as outlined in the Individual Program Plan.
Requirements:
  • Direct Support Professional Certificate, Year 1 & Year 2.
  • First Aid/CPR and CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention) certification.
  • Valid California Driver's License.
  • Ability to lift 50lbs and work in various weather conditions.
