- Assisting doctors during review consultations and managing customer enquiries.

- Rotating through individual consultation rooms to provide chaperone assistance and support with simple clinic procedures.
Requirements:

- Prior customer service experience in a healthcare setting, preferably with a strong understanding of medical terminology.
