Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, design, and oversee engineering projects, primarily in commercial and industrial sectors.
- Analyze various data sources including reports, maps, and blueprints to inform project design.
- Calculate project costs and assess feasibility based on comprehensive data analysis.
- Utilize advanced engineering software to create and modify design documents.
- Prepare detailed reports, specifications, and construction schedules, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Engage with clients to discuss project requirements and address any inquiries or changes.
- Coordinate with governmental bodies to secure necessary approvals and permits.
- Monitor project progress and prepare activity reports in alignment with company policies.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and design techniques to meet client needs effectively.
- Supervise and guide the work of engineers and technicians involved in assigned projects.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited institution.
- 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in civil engineering.
- Professional Engineer (PE) certification is required.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, Civil3D, and Revit.
Work Environment: The role involves a combination of office work and field visits, with a moderate noise level typical of an engineering environment.
