Job Title: Early Childhood Educator

Starfish Family Services is seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team. As an Early Childhood Educator, you will play a vital role in providing a high-quality educational program for preschool-aged children, promoting their growth and development in a nurturing and supportive environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Plan and implement a curriculum that encourages language, cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development of children.
  • Interact with children in a warm and nurturing manner, promoting a positive self-image and addressing physical and mental health needs.
  • Develop and implement individual learning plans for children, including those with disabilities.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to provide a well-organized and safe classroom environment.
  • Communicate effectively with young children and their families, promoting parent-child bonding and nurturing parent-child relationships.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of an Associate degree in early childhood education, child development, or a related field.
  • Previous professional experience working with preschool-aged children preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and/or reliable transportation.
