Job Title: Sales Associate

We're seeking a passionate Sales Associate to enhance our members' experience and be a brand ambassador for the OTF community. As a Sales Associate, you'll be responsible for welcoming members, presenting the OTF concept, and selling memberships to help our studio thrive.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcoming members with enthusiasm and energy
  • Presenting the OTF concept to interested prospects
  • Maintaining the front desk and answering member inquiries
  • Presenting studio tours to potential members
  • Collaborating with the coaching team to guide new members through their first workout
  • Selling memberships to achieve personal sales goals
  • Following up with prospects and other outreach calls to support studio growth
  • Handling member concerns in a professional and objective manner
  • Participating in studio marketing and outreach events
  • Ensuring the studio is clean and organized
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Experience working in sales, retail, or fitness (preferred)
  • Experience in a customer-facing role (preferred)
