Key Responsibilities- Structural Evaluations and Calculations: Provide structural evaluations and calculations for residential and commercial exterior applications, demonstrating a general knowledge of Building Science and Building Envelope details, components, and installation techniques.
- Product Testing and Analysis: Lead internal and third-party testing and analysis of products to ensure compliance with applicable building code requirements, including knowledge of the IBC, IRC, and ASCE 7.
- Product Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new and innovative products and applications for the exterior built environment, leveraging your expertise in engineering software tools and data analysis.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Structural, Architectural, or Mechanical Engineering)
- Skills: Proficiency in engineering software tools (CAD, MATLAB, etc.) and data analysis tools, strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements relevant to the industry, familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.), experience with intellectual property (IP) management and patent processes, and familiarity with rapid prototyping techniques (3D printing, CNC machining, etc.).

What We Offer- Competitive Compensation: The annual salary for this role in most US locations is $73,000-$96,000
