Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Design Engineer to join our team at Omni Inclusive. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and integrating complex mechanical systems and products.

Responsibilities:

Conceptual development of First-Of-A-Kind machinery and robotic systems
Rapid prototyping, testing, and refinement of conceptual designs
Detailed design of mechanical systems and hardware
Precision assembly and testing of complex mechatronic systems
Documenting and presenting designs and project updates within the team and to customers
Management of multiple tasks for multiple stakeholders with frequent changes in scope and priority
Adhering to safety standards and procedures
Programming of automated equipment

Requirements:

BS in Mechanical Engineering
5+ years related design/engineering experience
Hands-on experience in the design, development, and implementation of electro-mechanical products
Expertise in SolidWorks (preferred) or PTC Creo 3D modeling of components and assemblies
Knowledge in the design and application of technologies used in machine design
Experience in controls engineering, electrical design, and programming is a plus
