Key Responsibilities:Software Development:

The selected individual will be responsible for designing, coding, testing, and implementing tailored web applications. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of various programming languages, including but not limited to Java, C#, ASP.NET, and HTML.

Qualifications:

Applicants should have a minimum of ten (10) years of experience in software development. A formal education may substitute for two (2) years of relevant experience.

Experience with version control systems such as Git or similar tools is essential.

Web Application Development:

The Engineer will gather and assess user requirements, develop new software components, and modify existing ones as necessary. Modifications may occur outside the standard build process when critical issues arise.

All developed applications must be compatible with both non-classified and classified environments, ensuring they meet validated user requirements.

Testing and Quality Assurance:

Post-development, the Engineer will conduct internal testing of software modules to confirm that code modifications function correctly. This includes performing functional testing on designated test servers that replicate the production environment.

Version Control:

Versioning of software will take place following successful testing to ensure all changes are documented and tracked.

Deployment:

The Engineer will be responsible for scheduling and deploying all software modules onto the appropriate systems as authorized.

Security Clearance:

Note: A SECRET clearance is required for this position.
