About the Role
As a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner, you will provide high-quality patient care to newborns and their families in our 12-bed Level-IIIa NICU. You will work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of neonatal patients.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to newborns and their families in the NICU
- Assess, diagnose, and treat neonatal patients with a range of medical conditions
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
Requirements
- Current APRN national specialty certification
- Minimum of a master's degree
- Certified NNPs with recent experience required
- SC license required
