We are currently seeking a qualified Neonatal Nurse Practitioner to join our team. This role will involve providing high-quality patient care in a neonatal setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing direct patient care in a neonatal setting
- Collaborating with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized patient plans
- Conducting assessments, diagnosing conditions, and developing treatment plans
- Prescribing medications and ordering diagnostic tests as needed
- Documenting patient information and communicating with other healthcare professionals
Requirements
- Board certification as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills
