Job Summary

The Computed Tomography Technologist operates advanced imaging equipment to produce high-quality images of the body under the direct supervision of a physician. This role requires a strong understanding of radiation safety procedures and the ability to provide patient care in a timely, professional, and efficient manner.

Responsibilities

  • Operate computerized tomography equipment to produce high-quality images of the body
  • Ensure patient safety and comfort during imaging procedures
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of patient imaging procedures

Requirements

  • Graduate of a radiologic technology program or equivalent experience
  • Registered Technologist in Radiography, Nuclear Medicine Technology, Magnetic Resonance Imaging, Sonography, or Computed Tomography
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively

Work Schedule

This full-time position is Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm, with occasional weekend and evening shifts as needed.
