Job SummaryThe CT Technologist operates computerized tomography equipment to produce high-quality images of the body, working under the direct order of a physician and adhering to radiation safety procedures. This role requires a professional, efficient, and safe approach to patient care.
Responsibilities- Operate computerized tomography equipment to produce high-quality images of the body
- Work under the direct order of a physician and adhere to radiation safety procedures
- Provide patient care in a timely, professional, efficient, and safe manner
- Clinical experience in radiology is preferred
- Graduate of a radiologic technology or nuclear medicine program is required
- Registered Technologist for Radiography, Registered Technologist in Nuclear Medicine Technology, and Registered Technologist in Computed Tomography are required
This role requires working every weekend, with a schedule of Friday-Sunday, 6:30pm-7am. Call requirements are also a part of this position.
