We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Psychologist to join our mental health team at CoreCivic. As a leader in corrections, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional care and rehabilitation services to offenders.

**Salary:** $130,000 - $170,000 per annum

As a Clinical Psychologist with CoreCivic, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our inmates. Your primary responsibility will be to conduct psychological screenings and assessments, as well as provide individualized treatment plans based on your evaluations.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychological screenings and assessments using various tools and methods
  • Develop, implement, and modify individual treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each inmate
  • Collaborate with other mental health professionals to ensure effective treatment coordination and continuity of care
  • Provide crisis interventions and support to inmates experiencing emotional distress or behavioral issues
  • Maintain accurate records of assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes

**Qualifications and Requirements:**

  • Doctoral degree in Psychology from an accredited institution
  • Current, unrestricted license to practice psychology in the state where practice occurs
  • At least two years of clinical experience, with one year in a comparable role
  • A valid driver's license is required
