Clinical Psychologist Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Psychologist Specialist to join our team in Clifton, Tennessee.
About the Role- This is an ongoing opportunity with a salary range of $130,000 - $170,000 per annum.

Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough psychological screenings and assessments, incorporating clinical interviews and record reviews.
- Collaborate with other clinical staff, including psychiatrists, mental health professionals, physicians, nurses, and social workers, to ensure integrated treatment plans and effective patient care follow-through.
- Develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans based on evaluations of inmates' needs and functioning levels.
- Maintain regular rounds in segregation or confined housing areas to assess inmate adjustment and identify mental health treatment needs.
- Utilize advanced knowledge of psychological counseling theory and techniques to provide treatments and activities tailored to individuals in their caseload.
- Respond to inmates in crisis by providing appropriate mental health assessments, counseling, and confrontation avoidance interventions.
- Consult with relevant staff members to gather information and understanding regarding escalated problem behaviors and changes in inmates' mental health conditions.
- A doctoral degree in Psychology from an accredited institution.
- A current, unrestricted license to practice psychology in the state where practice occurs.
- Two years of clinical experience, including one year in a comparable position.
- A valid driver's license is required.
- The minimum age requirement is 20 years old.
