Job Summary

The Academic Records Analyst-School plays a vital role in supporting the School of Dentistry's mission by providing exceptional service to students, faculty, and staff. This position is responsible for assisting with application and admissions processes, maintaining accurate records, and providing guidance to students and applicants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with preliminary analysis of incoming applications and maintain accurate records
  • Provide guidance and advisement to students and applicants
  • Support faculty, staff, and marketing efforts with recruitment and program issues
  • Perform secretarial and receptionist duties, including word processing, answering telephones, and filing
  • Coordinate mailing and record-keeping tasks
  • Perform other duties as needed
Requirements
  • Associate's Degree required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Minimum three years of experience accepted in lieu of degree; minimum one year of experience required
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and keyboard 40 wpm
  • Able to read, write legibly, and speak in English with professional quality
  • Able to use computer, printer, and software programs necessary to the position
  • Able to operate and troubleshoot basic office equipment
  • Able to relate and communicate positively, effectively, and professionally with others
