This full-time role involves facilitating the rental process through the verification and documentation of necessary driver information, ensuring a smooth and timely rental and return experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome customers in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by clearly communicating rental terms, vehicle features, and additional services, including optional protection products and upgrades.
  • Assist customers with directions, local area information, and service inquiries.
  • Handle incoming calls for reservations, rate inquiries, and general information, providing effective solutions for customers and partners.
  • Conduct outgoing calls for follow-ups and other assigned tasks.
  • Evaluate the condition of vehicles upon return.
  • Report any customer or vehicle issues to management promptly.
  • Engage in continuous learning and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum age of 18 years.
  • High School Diploma or G.E.D. required.
  • At least 2 years of experience in customer service or sales within retail or administrative support.
  • Valid US driver's license for a minimum of 1 year with a clean driving record.
  • Basic proficiency in PC and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
  • Willingness to accept the starting pay and potential for performance-based incentives.
  • Availability to work up to 40 hours a week, including weekends.
