Job SummaryThis is a direct-hire position with a Tier 1 Automotive client, offering a competitive salary range of $28.00-$36.00, along with excellent benefits, vacation time, profit sharing, and annual raises.
Key Responsibilities- Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance tasks to ensure CNC machines operate efficiently and reliably.
- Identify and diagnose issues with CNC machines when they arise, using diagnostic tools and analyzing machine performance data.
- Conduct repairs and replacements of malfunctioning parts or components to minimize downtime.
- Ensure that CNC machine software is up to date and properly configured.
- Must be able to work overtime, including weekends when required.
- 7+ years of experience performing repairs on Mills and lathe CNCs.
- 7+ years of experience performing troubleshooting, debugging, and performing preventative maintenance.
- Experience with Fanuc controls.
- Experience with Pneumatic/Hydraulic systems.
- Experience working with CNC machines.
- PLC knowledge.
- Strong communication skills and problem-solving skills.
