Territory Sales Representative

R&M Management is seeking a driven and results-oriented Territory Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience and a track record of success in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
