About the Position

The University of Georgia is seeking a highly skilled and creative individual to join our Athletics Creative Services team as a postgraduate intern. This role will play a key part in the development of our Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) digital identity strategy, focusing on graphic, motion graphic design, and video content creation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ideate and develop creative content that engages sponsors, donors, and fans, including static graphics, motion graphics, GIFs, and short-form video.
  • Assist with the support of individual sports with content creation, as assigned by the Assistant AD of Creative Strategy, which may include developing social media and print materials.
  • Work within established brand guidelines to develop innovative, memorable content that is consistent throughout the department.
  • Stay up-to-date on current design, video, and social media trends.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Assistant AD of Creative Strategy and/or Assistant AD of NIL.
Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with a bachelor's degree in a related field and six months of experience. A master's degree in a related field and at least one year of experience is preferred. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, After Effects, Illustrator, InDesign, and Premiere Pro, and have a working knowledge of social media platforms.
