Biorepository Technician

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Biorepository Technician to join our team at Actalent. In this role, you will be responsible for the sorting and inventory of research materials, including wet tissues, blocks, slides, paper data, and temperature-sensitive materials.

As a Biorepository Technician, you will work closely with the Biorepository Coordinator to ensure the smooth operation of the biorepository. This includes maintaining accurate records, performing quality control checks, and adhering to Standard Operating Procedures.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of inventory and sample management, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sort and inventory research materials

Requirements:

• High School Diploma minimum requirement
• Ability to follow SOPs and maintain lab safety
• Good understanding of inventory and sample management
• Excellent communication skills
