**About the Role**

We are seeking a skilled Packaging Supervisor to join our team at Global Channel Management. As a Packaging Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our packaging lines, leading a team of operators, and maintaining high-quality standards.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Ensure staffing and training for operators working on the packaging line
* Oversee the team's adherence to policies and procedures
* Communicate with Area Management on quality, equipment, and operational issues
* Act as both administrator and technical leader for operations
* Fill in when operator staffing requires it
* Represent the shift operations at huddles and provide feedback to the floor
* Supervise temporary employees for several contracting agencies
* Handle escalation within the team

**Requirements**

* 2+ years of experience in a similar role
* Steel-toed safety shoes required
* Experience with cGMP environment
* Device manufacturing or packaging environment experience
* Good technical writing and editing skills
* Previous leadership experience
* Organizational and motivational skills
