The Financial Services Coordinator will report to the Finance and Insurance Director and will provide support to F&I Managers overseeing all aspects of vehicle financing and leasing.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Understand Financial Services programs as well as finance sourcing options.

• Communicate to client advisors all relevant information about programs.

• Review contracts ensuring that all paperwork is properly submitted to Financial Services.

• Report the approval status of client contracts to the respective client advisors.

• Work with marginal credit cases as well as pre-owned leasing and business leasing clients.

• Ensure that client advisors provide appropriate follow-up with leasing clients.

• Understand and comply with federal, state, and local regulations that affect the sales.

• Work with managers to secure a reasonable profit from every sale.

• Coordinate finance forecasting with sales department forecasting to achieve desired income.

**Requirements**

• Previous automobile dealership experience required.

• Accounting experience is required.

• Experience with obtaining bank approvals and verifiable CSI.

• Strong negotiation skills.

• Excellent communication skills.

• High school diploma required.
