We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dialysis Nurse Manager to join our team at Dialysis Clinic Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our dialysis facilities, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and services.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and supervise nursing staff, ensuring that they are adequately trained and equipped to provide excellent patient care.
- Develop and implement standards of care, ensuring that they are in line with ESRD Network, regulatory agencies, and DCI's Quality Assessment Performance Improvement (QAPI) program.
- Collaborate with medical director, social worker, dietitian, charge nurses, technical managers, staff nurses, and equipment technicians to ensure seamless patient care.
- Manage nursing, social work, dietitian, and technical staff supervision, ensuring that they are working effectively to deliver high-quality patient care.
- Work closely with area operations director to identify operational efficiencies and implement changes as needed.
- Accredited nursing degree (BSN, AA, RN)
- At least six months of dialysis experience, with one year of experience preferred
- One year of clinical nursing experience required
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Current CA Registered Nurse license
