Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of clinical and clerical functions, including patient intake, medical procedures, and administrative tasks. You will work closely with our medical providers to ensure seamless patient care and provide exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform clinical tasks, such as taking vital signs, preparing patients for exams, and assisting with medical procedures.
  • Conduct patient intake, including taking medical histories and reviewing patient charts.
  • Provide administrative support, including answering phones, scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Assist with lab procedures, including phlebotomy and CLIA waived tests.
  • Collaborate with medical providers to ensure effective patient care and communication.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education or certification in a medical field preferred.
  • 1+ years of experience in a medical setting or customer service role; or 0-1 years of experience with post-secondary education or certification.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish ability preferred but not required.
  • Yearly influenza vaccination required unless seeking a medical or religious exemption.
