Position Title: Antenna Engineer

Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Engineer with robust hands-on experience in mobile device disassembly for antenna evaluation. Proficiency in cable and component soldering, along with device assembly expertise, is essential. Candidates should possess a solid background in antenna performance metrics including passive efficiency, Total Radiated Power (TRP), Total Isotropic Sensitivity (TIS), and Specific Absorption Rate (SAR). The ability to systematically collect and present data is crucial. A foundational understanding of antenna and Radio Frequency Front End (RFFE) technologies at a junior engineering level, particularly in cellular applications, is advantageous.

Key Competencies: IoT for Telecom (Cellular) Experience Required: 10+ Years

Core Skills:
- Extensive hands-on experience in mobile device disassembly for antenna analysis. - Proficient in cable/component soldering and device assembly. - Demonstrated experience in antenna characterization (passive efficiency/TRP/TIS/SAR) is mandatory. - Ability to gather and present data in an organized manner. - Basic knowledge of antenna/RFFE systems at a junior engineering level is a plus, especially in cellular technologies.

Preferred Skills: - Strong practical experience in mobile device disassembly for antenna evaluation. - Solid background in cable/component soldering and device assembly. - Experience in antenna characterization (passive efficiency/TRP/TIS/SAR) is essential. - Capability to collect and present data in a structured format. - Familiarity with antenna/RFFE knowledge at a junior engineering level is beneficial, particularly in cellular domains.
