Key Responsibilities
  • Administer prescribed medications and treatments as directed by healthcare professionals.
  • Monitor and document patients' vital signs, reporting any significant changes or abnormalities.
  • Assist in patient assessments and ensure accurate documentation of findings.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to create and implement personalized care plans.
  • Educate patients and their families regarding health conditions, medications, and self-care strategies.
  • Maintain precise and current medical records.
  • Adhere to aseptic techniques to prevent infection transmission.
  • Provide emotional support to patients and their families during challenging times.
Job Profile

Requirements:
  • Valid state licensure as a Licensed Vocational Nurse.
  • Proficiency in electronic medical record systems such as Cerner, Epic, or similar platforms.
  • Understanding of medical coding practices and documentation standards.
  • Experience in diverse healthcare environments, including assisted living, medical offices, acute care, or cardiac catheterization labs is preferred.
  • Familiarity with medical imaging techniques and pain management protocols is advantageous.
