Nursing Care Specialist

The Nursing Care Specialist will be responsible for assessing residents' needs, developing individualized care plans, administering nursing care, and supervising nursing assistants and other personnel in the delivery of nursing care. This role requires a strong understanding of current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern our community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess residents' needs and develop individualized care plans
- Administer nursing care and supervise nursing assistants and other personnel
- Follow health, sanitary, and infection control policies and maintain established standards of practice
- Communicate effectively with supervisors, co-workers, and community staff
- Ability to work with supervisors, co-workers, and community staff in the performance of duties
Requirements:
- Current, unencumbered license to practice as a LPN within the state in which you work
- Current CPR certification
- Ability to communicate in English and have the ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Ability to possess and demonstrate good interpersonal skills and attention to detail
