Position Summary
As a Night Operations Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for guiding your assigned night shift team in efficiently processing customer orders. This role requires a hands-on approach to leadership, ensuring that all safety protocols are followed while meeting operational targets. You will report directly to the Operations Manager.
Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise a team of 6-12 warehouse personnel
  • Facilitate safety training for team members
  • Assist the warehouse team with incoming orders from clients
  • Ensure daily delivery targets are achieved
  • Provide coaching and support to team members as necessary
  • Notify management of any unsafe or unprofessional conduct
  • Document team attendance issues for HR
  • Participate in leadership meetings
  • Assist the Operations Manager with various goals and projects
  • Perform additional duties as required

Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years of recent experience in a warehouse supervisory role
  • Experience in a high-volume, fast-paced distribution environment
  • Strong leadership capabilities
  • Proficient in computer operations and data entry
  • Ability to work a Night Shift schedule
  • Must pass a background check and drug screening upon job offer

Work Schedule: Night Shift starting at 4:00 PM
Salary: $65,000 - $72,000 Annually with a comprehensive benefits package
