The Digital Modernization division at 00100 LEIDOS, INC. is on the lookout for a Network Operations Center (NOC) Analyst to oversee the operational framework for the Compartmented Enterprise Services Office (CESO) NOC.

The CESO initiative aims to revolutionize the current Secure Web Services (SWS) infrastructure, which facilitates secure information exchange within the community, evolving it into a more advanced service offering tailored to the needs of the Department of Defense (DoD) and intelligence sectors. As part of this endeavor, 00100 LEIDOS, INC. will manage the transition to commercial cloud solutions and the phase-out of outdated systems, fully automate the continuous development and integration environment, consolidate services across the fourth estate, enhance service delivery through ITIL/DevSecOps methodologies, improve customer experience with first-call resolution, and develop a comprehensive service catalog for the Defense Working Capital Fund (DWCF) Model.

This role is primarily focused on second shift operations, ensuring a seamless workflow and effective service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct operational assessments at the beginning of each shift to confirm that services are functioning as intended. Address all known system discrepancies and perform root cause analysis as necessary. Implement process enhancements to reduce the likelihood of recurring issues, ensuring that new procedures are documented and shared with junior team members. Collaborate independently and alongside other IT specialists to guarantee the efficient operation of the customer's multi-user environment. This includes, but is not limited to, the implementation of STIG requirements, Engineering Implementation Plans (EIPs), and adherence to industry best practices and network security protocols in line with customer and DoD standards. Assume responsibility for customer inquiries, providing regular updates on the status of their tickets and issues. Ensure that all issues are accurately documented along with the corresponding resolution strategies. Strategically plan, coordinate, and execute network security protocols to safeguard data, software, and hardware assets. Evaluate user requests for network upgrades or enhancements to determine their impact on network performance, offering guidance on the most effective technical solutions to meet user needs. Provide 24/7 support for system outages, delivering consistent updates on resolution progress.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience. Additional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. IAT Level II Baseline Certification (e.g., CCNA Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+ CE, CND, SSCP) Candidates must hold an active DOD TS/SCI level security clearance and be eligible for a CI Polygraph. Proven experience in troubleshooting and isolating faults within IT business systems. Proficiency in at least five of the following areas: Configuration of Cisco switches and routers, dynamic routing protocols (BGP, OSPF), TCPDUMP/WireShark, troubleshooting S2S/DMVPN/IPSEC tunnel connections, LAN and WAN network troubleshooting, basic firewall troubleshooting and configuration, basic ISE/TACACS troubleshooting and configuration, AWS Cloud services, VLAN configurations and trunking, spanning tree protocol, and 802.1x.

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience with DISA and its support to mission partners is highly desirable. TS/SCI with CI Polygraph is preferred.

Pay Range:

Pay Range $68,000 - $124,550.00

The pay range for this position serves as a general guideline and is not a guarantee of compensation. Various factors will be considered in extending an offer, including job responsibilities, education, experience, skills, and internal equity.
