Job Summary

The CSTEP Program Coordinator will play a crucial role in the implementation and evaluation of a comprehensive program to promote the academic success of eligible students. This position will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of student entry into the program, including verification of student eligibility, data collection, and preparation of progress reports.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the recruitment and outreach efforts to meet enrollment targets
  • Oversee the administration of program activities, including mentoring, tutoring, workshops, and internships
  • Collaborate with faculty, students, administrators, and external partners to ensure the success of the program
  • Collect and maintain statistical data on applicants and enrolled students
  • Prepare reports and surveys regarding program applicants, enrolled students, and program outcomes
Requirements
  • Master's degree with a minimum of three years' experience in Higher Education Administration, Counseling, or a related field
  • Prior experience on similar projects is preferred
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and function effectively in a complex environment
