Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Provide guidance and direction to the Field Service Technician team to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
  • Training and Development: Support new employees through training and future development, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct on-site inspections to evaluate and coach team members regarding quality service and adherence to safety standards.
  • Performance Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance team and individual performance.
  • Fleet Management: Manage fleet-related processes, including vehicle maintenance and upkeep, to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Customer Service: Demonstrate and coach behaviors that ensure quality customer service, addressing escalated customer and/or employee issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Education: High School diploma, college degree preferred but not required.
  • Experience: A strong competency in leading, developing, mentoring, and coaching, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 75 pounds, work in small spaces, and safely operate a motor vehicle.
