Practice Overview:
Fairview Health Services is seeking an Internal Medicine/Pediatrics Physician to join our primary care practice at M Health Fairview Clinic Rosemount. Our clinic is a high-performing team with excellent clinical quality and patient satisfaction scores.
Practice Details:
- 9-provider primary care practice with Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, and Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants
- Specialists in sports & physical therapy, anticoagulation, medication therapy management, and an onsite pharmacy
- Patient encounters average 18-22 patients per day
- Virtual care offered and encouraged via video, telephone, and through EMR
- 34 patient contact hours per week for full-time - flexible schedule
- Low-intensity call frequency: 1:6 - phone consultation only with first-tier nurse triage
Collaborative Care:
As a Pioneer Accountable Care Organization (ACO), our physicians use a multidisciplinary team approach in managing clinical care. We have a fully integrated Electronic Medical Record (EPIC).

Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited ACGME/AOA Internal Medicine/Pediatric residency training program
- BC/BE with the ABMS or AOA
- Licensed or ability to obtain licensure through the Minnesota Board of Medical Practice
- Ability to obtain and/or maintain DEA certification for the State of Minnesota
- Meet threshold criteria/qualifications for Credentialing and Privileges if applicable

M Health Fairview Clinic Rosemount is located just 15 miles south of the Twin Cities metropolitan area and predominantly serves the communities of Eagan, Rosemount, Apple Valley, and Inver Grove Heights.
