Fairview Health Services is seeking a highly skilled Internal Medicine/Pediatrics Physician to join our primary care practice at M Health Fairview Clinic – Rosemount. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a high-performing clinic with top-decile clinical quality and patient satisfaction scores.
Practice Details:- We are a 9-provider primary care practice that includes Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, and Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants.
- Our specialists include sports & physical therapy, anticoagulation, medication therapy management, and an onsite pharmacy.
- Patient encounters average 18-22 patients per day.
- We offer virtual care through video, telephone, and EMR.
- Our physicians work 34 patient contact hours per week for full-time positions with flexible schedules.
- We have a low-intensity call frequency of 1:6, with phone consultations only and first-tier nurse triage.
- As a Pioneer Accountable Care Organization (ACO), our physicians use a multidisciplinary team approach in managing clinical care.
- We have a fully integrated Electronic Medical Record (EPIC).

This position is located just 15 miles south of the Twin Cities metropolitan area and predominantly serves the communities of Eagan, Rosemount, Apple Valley, and Inver Grove Heights.
Qualifications- Graduate of an accredited ACGME/AOA Internal Medicine/Pediatric residency training program.
- Board certified/board eligible with the ABMS or AOA.
- Licensed or able to obtain licensure through the Minnesota Board of Medical Practice.
- Ability to obtain and/or maintain DEA certification for the State of Minnesota.
- Meet threshold criteria/qualifications for Credentialing and Privileges if applicable.
