Job Description

PNC is seeking a highly skilled Relationship Manager III to join our Corporate Banking team in Century City or Pasadena, CA. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients in the San Gabriel Valley region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute relationship strategies to grow sales, revenue, and market share with clients in the middle market segment (clients with revenue between $50mm and $500mm).
  • Manage risk and return for new and existing clients, identifying and mitigating different types of risk, including regulatory, reputational, operational, and credit risks.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to acquire new clients and expand existing relationships, leveraging PNC's full range of products and services.
  • Analyze and evaluate complex credit requests, utilizing advanced credit fundamentals and internal credit policies.
Requirements:
  • University/college degree, with higher education such as a Master's degree or certifications desirable.
  • 8+ years of industry-relevant experience, with a strong background in middle market banking and relationship management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex credit requests and identify mitigation strategies.
