We are seeking a proficient Senior Manager, Operations Finance to oversee the financial operations of our engineering firm. In this pivotal role, you will be accountable for strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting to propel our business strategy forward.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities for the operations division
- Deliver financial updates and analyses to upper management
- Create and sustain financial reports and models to aid decision-making
- Collaborate with operations leadership on initiatives aimed at cost reduction
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data
- Mentor and cultivate a team of financial analysts
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline
