Enhance your radiologic technology skills and advance your career with Radia Medical Imaging. We're seeking a dedicated Radiologic Technologist to train as a Computed Tomography (CT) technologist.

We're committed to providing a seamless roadmap for technologists to enhance and advance their current skillset and job scope. This position requires an active ARRT credential and a WA State Radiologic Technologist license.

As a CT technologist trainee, you'll receive full CT modality exposure and on-the-job training to prepare you for the advanced Computed Tomography Registry. We'll provide training, registry reimbursement, and a transitional wage increase upon successful completion.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Properly performing X-Ray, Fluoroscopy, and DEXA imaging to ACR standards
  • Training into Computed Tomography (CT)
  • Ability to physically assist patients to obtain high-quality imaging
  • Assisting radiologists with specialized procedures
  • Preparing sterile trays
  • Properly screening orders prior to exam for any precautions or contraindications
  • Providing patient care services in a professional and compassionate manner
  • Organizing and monitoring patient flow to meet company productivity, quality, health, and safety standards
  • Ability to de-escalate conflict situations with minimal supervisory assistance

Requirements include:

  • Satisfactory completion of a formal radiologic technology program or other compatible course of study
  • Washington State Radiologic Technologist - Diagnostic license required (Washington State X-ray license, ARRT)
  • One year of X-Ray experience preferred
  • Current certification in Healthcare Provider BLS/CPR
  • Demonstrates a professional demeanor in appearance and behavior in all work-related interactions
