We are in search of an individual who is committed to building a long-term career with a reputable company. While knowledge of HVAC and plumbing is advantageous, it is not a prerequisite.
Candidate Requirements:
- Availability from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday
- Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment drug screening and background investigation
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently load and unload delivery vehicles.
- Inspect materials as per guidelines and report any damaged items.
- Process incoming materials, ensuring quantities match packing slips or manifests.
- Sort and organize materials on racks, shelves, or bins based on size, type, style, color, or product code.
- Ensure materials are stored in designated warehouse areas.
- Stack pallets in assigned locations and maintain cleanliness by disposing of waste properly.
- Uphold a safe and tidy work environment by keeping all areas organized and compliant with safety regulations.
- Perform general housekeeping duties such as sweeping, mopping, and emptying trash.
- Execute additional tasks as required.
Educational and Experience Requirements:
A High School Diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
Essential Skills and Abilities:
- Strong critical thinking skills to identify alternative solutions.
- Mathematical reasoning to apply appropriate methods for problem-solving.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to Eclipse software.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively under pressure.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Maintain professionalism while handling a busy workload.
- Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Capability to read instructions and utilize maps for delivery routing.

Work Environment:
Typical warehouse setting with exposure to varying weather conditions and temperatures, especially on the loading dock. Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 75 pounds occasionally is required.
